This course is designed to help you hit the ground running with probate sales. You will learn about the probate process and terminology. You will also learn the how to handle a probate client, from listing to sale. Specific topics include: knowing when you can take a listing, understanding the overbid process, learning the difference between limited and full authority, and an introduction to probate prospecting.
